This vast urban project aims to transform the industrial sites of Montardoins and Batardeau into a district of the future.

The Yonne is at the heart of our reflection, with the desire to establish a new dialogue between the two shores, at the crossroads between the city center, the station district and the sports plain.

The future district is centered around a multi-service center within the Guillet factory dedicated to agri-food activities, from production to direct consumption. Equipped with a mobility center, the district is connected to the station by soft and pedestrian modes and benefits from different types of housing. The project proposes the rehabilitation of old agricultural silos, one of which will house the energy center and the other the leisure center.

Between historic city and river, it is a question of offering a real urban showcase of the energy transition, of programmatic innovation and of the desire to live well in our time.
