At the heart of a rapidly changing area, the redevelopment and densification of the site is part of a strategy to promote land and regional development.

Located at the head of the plot, the RATP Tech Center, delivered in 2018, marks the identity of the site thanks to an architectural language inspired by digital technology. A synergy of heat exchange could be set up between this technological building and the future Industrial Hotel.

The Hôtel Industriel project superimposes different programmatic layers: logistics activities on the ground floor, tertiary activities on the floors and agricultural activities on the roof.

An "active" facade on Avenue Jean Jaurès makes it possible to connect the various activities by vertical pedestrian traffic or by drive-in ramps.
